This self generated alcohol and the water present in the product acts as a media to deliver water and alcohol soluble active herbal components to the body. Guapha Ayurveda Ayurveda Lodhrasava is used as natural remedy for heavy period. It is also used in other bleeding conditions like piles. Apart from these indications, Lodhrasava is used in the treatment of anemia, digestive diseases, skin diseases and intestinal worms.
